Resignation

Employees are requested to provide a minimum of two weeks' written notice of their intent to resign. An exit interview may be requested.

Termination

<aside> All employment with Great Buy Products Inc. is "at will" employment. This means that either party can terminate the employment relationship at any time, with or without cause, and with or without prior notice.

Return of Company Property

Upon separation, employees must return all Company property, including:

• Computer equipment
• Keys
• Tools
• Parking passes
• Company credit cards
• Any other Company-issued items

Final Pay

Final paycheck will be processed according to state law requirements and will include:

• Regular wages for time worked
• Any overtime due
• Eligible paid time off payouts

<aside> Employees may be responsible for any lost or damaged Company property. Upon separation, employees should remove all personal possessions from Company property.
