Regular full-time employees are entitled to the following paid holidays:

Vacation
Full-time regular employees will accrue:
- 40 hours of paid vacation per year after 90-day introductory period
- Maximum accrual cap of 80 hours
- Unused vacation may be carried over up to the accrual cap
Sick Leave
Sick leave benefits include:
- 3.33 hours of sick leave per paid week
- Maximum of 40 hours per calendar year
- Begins accruing on first day of employment
- Can be used after 90-day introductory period
- Maximum carryover of 80 hours
Health & Welfare Benefits
Employees scheduled for 36+ hours per week are eligible for:
- Health insurance coverage after 90 days
- Other company-sponsored benefits as available
