Pay Periods
The standard workweek begins at 12:00 a.m. Monday and ends at midnight the following Sunday. Pay periods are bi-weekly and paydays are on Fridays.
Timekeeping
All non-exempt employees must:
- Use the time clock system to record hours worked
- Clock in and out for designated lunch periods
- Not work overtime without prior authorization
- Report time accurately and in a timely manner
Overtime

Non-exempt employees are paid overtime at the rate of one and one-half times the regular rate of pay for all hours worked over 40 in a workweek.

Payroll Deductions
Required deductions include:
- Federal, state, and local taxes
- Court-ordered wage garnishments
- Voluntary deductions (benefits premiums, retirement plans)
Pay Adjustments & Promotions
All pay increases are based upon:
- Merit
- Market factors
- Company profitability
