4. If Great Buy is covering 100% of the cost then, leave the Rate under the discount item at -100%, otherwise enter your own percentage or discount amount.

5. Print the Pick Ticket to give to the warehouse to pick

6. Mark the Order as Packed and Shipped after it has been picked and sent via parcel or given to the customer.

7. Create an Invoice from the Sales Order to record the cost.
