1. If possible, find new image online by googling OR from the manufacturer / vendor

  2. If no quality images online, then proceed to take picture with camera in Studio

  3. Upload images to computer

  6. Use the powertoys tool to rename images from PNG to JPG

  7. Make the Image into a Square so that it is not squished or elongated using link the the right-https://squaremyimage.com/

  8. Compress images with the converter - https://www.xconvert.com/compress-jpeg

  9. Compress the Images - this is an alternate compressor - https://batchcompress.com/en

  10. Naming convention is as follows - for every item there is an item number, such as "20135" and "892818237H" -Name the item image with the following structure "item number" + "_01" + the file extension such as ".jpg" in lower case
