BACKGROUND &HISTORY

Great Buy Products Inc. started in July 2018 after Four Seasons General Merchandise was sold a month prior.

Great Buy Products Inc., will be focused on providing both tremendous value and an enhanced experience to retailers, so that they can better compete in this changing landscape

HANDBOOK PURPOSE

This employee handbook is presented as a matter of information and has been prepared to inform employees about Great Buy Products Inc.’s philosophy, employment practices, policies, and the benefits provided to our valued employees, as well as the conduct expected from them. While this handbook is not intended to be a book of rules and regulations or a contract, it does include some important guidelines which employees should know. Except for the at-will employment provisions, the handbook can be amended at any time.

This employee handbook will not answer every question employee may have, nor would Great Buy Products Inc. want to restrict the normal question and answer interchange among us. It is in our person-to-person conversations that we can better know each other, express our views, and work together in a harmonious relationship.
